The Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support, mechanical refurbishment, electrical and control & instrumentation servicing, equipment assembly, commissioning, installation and fault finding across the company's complete range of mineral processing equipment. The role combines workshop-based refurbishment activities with extensive field service work at customer mining operations.

The successful candidate will ensure equipment is assembled, tested, commissioned and maintained to OEM standards while providing exceptional customer support and contributing towards business growth through professional technical service.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Refurbishment & Servicing

• Carry out complete mechanical refurbishments of crushing, screening, sorting and mineral processing equipment.
• Perform electrical servicing and repairs on company equipment.
• Conduct Control & Instrumentation maintenance and repairs.
• Restore equipment to OEM operating standards.
• Inspect components for wear and replacement requirements.
