They are seeking a commercially minded finance professional to lead its Credit & Collections function, ensuring effective cash collection, robust credit management, and continuous improvement of internal controls and finance processes.
Position: Credit & Collections Manager
Location: Johannesburg
Salary: R1 000 000 / R1 200 000 Ex Performance Bonus
Qualifications:
A Master's in Business Administration of Finance or CGMA
Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in credit & collections roleTeam leadershipExperience within a multinational organisationExperience in SAP and strong Microsoft Excel experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the Accounts Receivable and Credit function, ensuring timely cash collection and effective working capital management.Champion the rollout and execution of internal control improvement initiatives and oversee the completion of internal audit action plans.Drive compliance across Accounts Receivable and Credit processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and governance frameworks.Oversee credit applications, customer account management, payment allocations, and collections activities.Monitor external market conditions and collaborate with Finance Business Partners to identify financial risks and commercial opportunities.Partner with Finance IT to enhance Credit & Collection systems by leading local testing, supporting system improvements, and identifying process optimisation opportunities.
