🔎 About the Role
In this role, you will lead complex federal and state filings, oversee multi‑tier partnership returns, manage high‑net‑worth individual engagements, and act as a primary client advisor. You'll oversee staff, streamline processes, and collaborate directly with firm leadership - creating a foundation for long‑term partnership progression.

💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and review complex partnership (Form 1065), corporate (1120), and individual (1040) filings
- Manage tax compliance for private equity funds, multi‑entity structures, and investment vehicles
- Act as primary point of contact for client communication, deliverables, and billing
- Oversee, mentor, and train staff to improve quality and efficiency
- Review foreign filing requirements (Forms 1042, 5471, 5472, 8858, 926)
- Support clients in IRS and state audits
- Drive process improvement and workflow optimization across the tax group
🎯 Ideal Candidate
- CPA or EA required
- 7-15 years of progressive tax experience (public accounting, private equity tax, or similar)
- Strong expertise reviewing partnership, corporate, and high‑net‑worth filings
- Confident handling complex technical issues and overseeing staff
- Strong communicator, comfortable in a client‑facing advisory role
- Ambitious and looking for clear long‑term progression toward partnership

- $180K-$200K base salary
- Eligibility for a base salary review in July 2026
