Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Market Leadership

  • Implement global and regional strategy through a country-level business plan
  • Drive sustainable growth and strengthen competitive positioning

Full P&L Ownership

  • Own full country P&L performance
  • Deliver revenue growth, profitability, and margin improvement
  • Ensure strong financial discipline, pricing strategy, and cost control

Operational Excellence

  • Lead efficient and high-quality operations
  • Optimise processes, systems, and internal controls
  • Ensure service delivery meets global standards

Regulatory, Legal & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and governance requirements
  • Manage operational and business risk effectively

Leadership & Culture

  • Build and lead a high-performing management team
  • Drive performance, accountability, and employee engagement
  • Align local culture with global organisational values

Client & Customer Leadership

  • Act as the senior interface for key clients and partners
  • Strengthen relationships to enhance commercial outcomes and service delivery

Stakeholder & Government Engagement

  • Represent the organisation with regulators, government, and industry stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong external relationships

Growth & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities
  • Drive sales strategy, partnerships, and market expansion

Reporting & Regional Alignment

  • Provide transparent reporting to regional leadership
  • Ensure alignment with global and regional strategies

Crisis Management & Business Continuity

  • Lead crisis response and business continuity planning
  • Protect operations, personnel, and brand reputation

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (technical field preferred); advanced degree advantageous
  • Minimum of 10 year's experience in industrial, engineering, energy, or related sectors
  • Proven general management and leadership experience
  • Strong track record in P&L ownership and financial management
  • Solid understanding of technical and commercial operations
  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and customer management
