A large-scale energy and infrastructure platform is looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, capital structuring, and investor engagement across a multi-billion dollar project portfolio.

This role is suited to a commercially minded finance leader with strong exposure to project finance and capital markets, who is looking to operate at platform level and play a central role in financing and scaling complex infrastructure projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for shaping and executing the financing strategy across the platform, working closely with senior leadership and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the overall financing strategy for the platform
  • Structuring equity financing at both platform and project level
  • Leading engagement with international investors, banks, and infrastructure financiers
  • Supporting and preparing project financing structures across multiple assets
  • Building and maintaining financial models for large-scale energy projects
  • Preparing investor materials, financial analyses, and funding presentations
  • Supporting the structuring of joint ventures and strategic partnerships
  • Working closely with senior leadership on long-term capital planning and growth
