🚀 What You'll Do:
As Director of Treasury, you'll lead the global treasury strategy and execution-including cash and liquidity management, capital markets activity, and FX risk oversight. This high-impact role reports directly to the CFO and supports business-critical initiatives across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
Our client operates within the international IPP and U.S. data center markets, rapidly deploying a fleet of over 850MW of mobile gas turbines and associated infrastructure. With aggressive expansion across domestic and international markets, this organization offers the kind of exposure, complexity, and innovation rarely found in treasury roles.
𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:
Lead global cash management operations and optimize enterprise liquidity.
Own the weekly 13-week cash forecast delivered to executive leadership.
Ensure effective intercompany funding and strategic cash planning across entities.
Participate in project-level FX and credit risk assessments and provide strategic input on tax/cash structuring.
Oversee credit facilities, borrowing base reporting, and ensure compliance with debt covenants.
Drive relationships with banking and capital market partners.
Administer and improve treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
🎯 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙒𝙚'𝙧𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙤𝙧:
10+ years of progressive treasury leadership, ideally in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
Experience operating within multi-currency environments and managing international cash operations.
Proficiency in treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Quantum) and strong understanding of borrowing base structures.
Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CTP preferred.
