About the Role
The Senior O&M BESS Manager has extensive experience and knowledge in BESS Operations & Maintenance, who has at least 3 years direct experience in BESS preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and warranty repairs along with some commissioning activities on energy storage units at various BESS sites.
Role and Responsibilities:
Maintain Energy Storage Systems to a high standard by carrying out regular inspection and maintenance, annual capacity tests, trouble shooting and reactive maintenance worksProvide remote or on-site technical support for commissioning, testing, trouble shooting and performance verificationDevelop, define and continuously improve technical SOPs and maintenance proceduresCommunicate effectively with clients, coordinate internal and external resources and ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfactionRegularly review O&M team technical competencies and training needs, plan and deliver necessary training sessions to maintain high professional standardsWork in alignment with H&S personnel to ensure all activities comply with local safety regulations and company safety standardsManage warehouse, spare parts, and local supply chain related to OM operationsMonitor system performance through SCADA and remote monitoring platforms; analyse operation data to identify performance issues.Oversee O&M activities across different sites, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.Report to the O&M Team Leader, providing regular updates on system performance, incidents, and ongoing activities.
Experience and Requirements:

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business development and manage key accounts across target markets in Europe. This is a senior commercial role for a technically grounded sales professional who understands water treatment processes and can engage credibly with engineers, procurement managers, and C-level contacts at industrial, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and life science customers.
You will work closely with our internal engineering and product teams to develop tailored solutions for customers, manage your own sales pipeline, and contribute to the strategic development of our international partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
