Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Employee Relations and HR Business Partnering?
Our client is a leading multinational renewable energy company delivering large-scale wind and solar projects across multiple markets. They are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join their Cape Town team and play a key role in supporting their people strategy and business objectives.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will provide strategic and operational HR support across the business, with a particular focus on Employee and Industrial Relations.

Location: Western Cape, Cape Town
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations or a related fieldRenewable Energy preferredMinimum 5 years' HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experienceStrong, hands-on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experienceSound knowledge of South African employment legislation
Salary: R800 000 to R1 000 000

SAP HR experience essentialStrong understanding of Employment Equity and Diversity & InclusionExperience within a multinational, corporate or complex project environment advantageousStrong, hands-on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experienceSound knowledge of South African employment legislation
Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership and employees across the business on all HR mattersLead and manage Employee and Industrial Relations, including disciplinary and grievance processesDrive effective performance management across the organisationManage and support end-to-end recruitmentEnsure compliance with South African labour legislationDrive Employment Equity, Diversity & Inclusion initiativesImplement and maintain HR policies, procedures and processes
