The Operations Manager - Yard will lead the day-to-day yard operation, ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate receiving, storage, handling, movement and dispatch of commodities.
Key responsibilities include managing Team Leaders and operational teams, coordinating daily workloads and resources, maintaining stock accuracy and movement control, monitoring productivity and throughput, and ensuring client service requirements are consistently achieved.
The role will also drive health and safety compliance, operational discipline, cost efficiency and process improvement, while working closely with wider supply chain teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics operations.
