About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Site Installation Engineer to supervise, coordinate and ensure the quality of construction activities associated with the installation of Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) at project sites worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring site progress, safety, quality and technical compliance while working closely with EPC contractors, end clients, suppliers and the internal project team.
This position requires someone who is comfortable working internationally for extended periods and who can maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and technical excellence throughout the construction process.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the construction and installation of HRSG systems, including mechanical equipment, steel structures, piping, instrumentation and insulation.Ensure that all site activities are completed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications and QA/QC procedures.Monitor construction progress, workmanship, safety standards and technical compliance.Support pre-commissioning activities, including punch-list management and the preparation of as-built documentation.Identify technical deviations and prepare clear reports for the Site Manager and wider project team.Provide technical guidance to subcontractors and coordinate interfaces between mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.Manage and monitor additional works performed on site, with a focus on controlling and minimising unnecessary project costs.Interpret and work from engineering drawings, P&IDs and 3D models.Prepare progress, inspection and technical reports.Promote a strong safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project sites.Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Operational Engineering, Installation Engineering or a closely related discipline.At least five years' experience working during the construction phase of power plants or large-scale industrial installations.Previous experience within EPC or turnkey project environments is strongly preferred.Construction experience involving Heat Recovery Steam Generators would be a significant advantage.Strong knowledge of HRSG construction principles, welding and assembly activities, piping and supports, steel structures, and internal and external insulation.An understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, control valves and related equipment.Strong technical insight and the ability to interpret drawings, P&IDs and 3D models.Experience preparing site progress, inspection and technical reports.Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.Willing and able to travel internationally and work at project sites for extended periods.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and technical disciplines.What Is OfferedThe opportunity to work in an international, multicultural and project-driven environment.Exposure to major energy and industrial projects around the world.Collaboration with experienced technical and engineering specialists.A competitive salary and benefits package.A flexible working environment.Opportunities for continued professional growth and development. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to support the governance framework across a growing international organisation. This position will play a key role in coordinating Board, shareholder, and committee activities while ensuring compliance with Dutch corporate governance requirements.
The role offers exposure to both corporate and fund structures and requires a strong understanding of governance processes, stakeholder management, and company secretarial best practice within a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings across multiple entitiesPrepare agendas, board packs, resolutions, and governance documentationAttend meetings and produce accurate, high-quality minutesMaintain statutory registers and corporate recordsManage corporate filings and governance documentation in line with Dutch legal requirementsSupport governance activities across subsidiary and fund structuresAct as a key liaison between Boards, senior management, shareholders, and external advisersSupport corporate transactions, restructurings, and other governance-related projectsEnsure governance processes remain compliant, effective, and audit-readyProvide guidance on company secretarial and corporate governance matters where appropriate
Experience and Requirements
Law degree required10 years' experience in a Company Secretary, Governance or related legal/governance role within a multi-entity organisation, preferably in investment management, financial services, infrastructure or a similarly regulated environmentDemonstrated experience supporting Boards and CommitteesStrong understanding of Dutch corporate structures, including BV entitiesExperience within investment management, funds, financial services, infrastructure, or similarly regulated environmentsExperience engaging with senior stakeholders, including Board members, executives, shareholders, and investorsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple governance processes simultaneouslyFluent English requiredProfessional company secretarial or governance qualification advantageous
