An established multinational operating within the mining and natural resources sector is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their high-performing finance team based in Mauritius.

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director and Group FP&A, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and operational decision-making across the region.

Position: FP&A Manager

Qualifications: ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience of which 5 years is within a management role

Mining, Energy or Oil and Gas industry experience (Not negotiable)

Salary: USD salary negotiable on experience, discretionary bonus,

Duties and Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the preparation and presentation of financial budgets and forecastsMonitor, review and report Region/Company performance against budget and/or forecasts on a monthly/on-going basisDrive the financial performance reviews and providing support to achieve the financial and commercial objectives of the relevant Business Units and/or departmentsResponsible/play a key role for financial modelling of five-year strategic plans including impairment modelsManagement of the FP&A Managers and/or Analysts of the mining entitiesManagement and maintenance of FP&A systems and processes, including creating efficiencies and improvements for the operating entities
