Our client, a leading global engineering and power generation solutions provider, is seeking an experienced On-Site Service Technician - Level IV to deliver advanced technical support, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs at a customer site in Guinea.

The successful candidate will work independently to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues, minimise equipment downtime and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.

Diagnose and repair complex engine and power generation systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections and technical troubleshooting.

Utilise electronic diagnostic tools and established repair procedures.

Coach junior technicians and support technical skills development.

Manage onsite spare parts, tools and maintenance documentation.

Maintain customer relationships and deliver efficient technical support.

Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality procedures.

Recognised qualification or apprenticeship in Engine Technology, Power Generation or a related technical field.

Extensive field service experience and strong engine systems knowledge.

Proven expertise in complex diagnostics, maintenance and repairs.

Experience mentoring junior technicians.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Valid driving licence.

High-voltage / low-voltage experience advantageous.

Fluent spoken French, English and Mandarin - mandatory.

Must be based in Guinea.

A highly skilled, independent technical professional with advanced engine troubleshooting capabilities, strong customer engagement skills and the ability to mentor less experienced technicians in a demanding onsite service environment.
