Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for large-scale solar projects from pre-financial close through execution (design, construction, commissioning, handover) for their PCM Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality delivery.Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and contracts.Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (EPC contractors, authorities, etc.).Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Support Wind Projects duringpre-financial close phases as needed.

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification, SACPCMP highly preferable.Corporate ESMS (Environmental, Social, Management System), IFC Standards and Equator Principles experience.Proven experience in large-scale renewable energy project management (solar/wind).Strong understanding of project management methodologies.Experience in EPC contract management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in English; bilingualism is advantageous.
