Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality delivery.Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and contracts.Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (EPC contractors, authorities, etc.).Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Project Planning & Execution:
Define scopes with business units, develop CAPEX plans, manage timelines, resources, and budgets using structured project management methodologies.
Contract & Resource Management:
Draft and manage contracts, coordinate contractors and equipment, and oversee site activities to ensure alignment with project goals.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and HSE standards. Lead incident reporting, inspections, and contribute to HSE meetings.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track progress (S-curves, schedules), manage change control, maintain documentation, and report deviations or risks to stakeholders.
Commissioning & Handover:
Support commissioning, training, and the handover of projects with complete as-built documentation.
