We're hiring passionate Field Engineers to support the rollout and maintenance of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Poland. This role is ideal for skilled electrical or electromechanical professionals eager to contribute to Europe's energy transition.
What You'll Do:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on energy storage units.Diagnose, test, and commission battery systems.Troubleshoot on-site technical faults and update system software/firmware.Monitor real-time system data and analyze performance.Provide technical support remotely and in person.Maintain service logs, equipment records, and spare parts stock.Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Your Profile:
Technical qualification (Electrical or Electromechanical).Experience in electrical or multi-skilled maintenance.SEP certification (up to 1kV or higher) is required.Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic diagnostic tools.Valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel.Communicative English skills (written and spoken).Nice to Have:
