Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Systems & IT Manager to establish and lead a high-impact IT function that supports business growth, operations, and innovation. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building systems from the ground up.

Key Focus Areas:

Develop and execute a forward-thinking Systems & IT strategyBuild the IT function and governance framework, including budget ownershipLead and manage IT projects, operations, and service providersIntegrate systems (Financial, CRM, ERP, Energy, GIS, Asset Mgmt.) to enable data-driven decision-makingEnsure IT infrastructure supports automation, risk management, and performance visibility

What You'll Need:

✔ 5+ years' experience in Systems/IT leadership

✔ Strong background in IT architecture, systems integration, and project management

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Relevant degree in IT/Computer Engineering (certifications a plus)

✔ Experience in the renewable energy sector (Solar PV, BESS) is a big advantage
