We're seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage end-to-end project execution within an oil and gas environment. You will oversee scope development, resource planning, contractor coordination, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all phases of CAPEX projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:
Define scopes with business units, develop CAPEX plans, manage timelines, resources, and budgets using structured project management methodologies.

Contract & Resource Management:
Draft and manage contracts, coordinate contractors and equipment, and oversee site activities to ensure alignment with project goals.

Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and HSE standards. Lead incident reporting, inspections, and contribute to HSE meetings.

Monitoring & Reporting:
Track progress (S-curves, schedules), manage change control, maintain documentation, and report deviations or risks to stakeholders.

Commissioning & Handover:
Support commissioning, training, and the handover of projects with complete as-built documentation.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with maintenance, operations, and other departments to ensure efficient execution and resource sharing.

Continuous Improvement:
Capture lessons learned, propose improvements, and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Formal project management qualification.

Proven experience in oil & gas or petrochemical project environments.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project/maintenance software tools.
