This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Operations Manager. You will be crucial in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the power plant during your assigned shift, supervising plant operators, and maintaining high plant availability and performance.

Responsibilities:

Operating steam turbines and auxiliary systems according to procedures.Monitoring plant performance and reporting anomalies.Executing first-level maintenance and participating in planned outages.Leading emergency response during incidents.Supervising plant operators and fostering a safety-first culture.Ensuring compliance with HSESS policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:
