Our client is a Microsoft Management and Technology Consulting organisation.
This is a 12-Month Contract roleThis position is Hybrid and requires the Consultant to be in-office 3 x per week.Key Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a strong D365FO Supply Chain Consultant to join our Business Applications team.
Our Supply Chain consultant will provide functional and technical consulting services, deliver successful implementation and support for Microsoft software projects with a high level of client satisfaction, therefore good communication skills are a must, and great technical ability is advantageous.
Develop statement of work and scope documentsPerform on-site consulting services for implementation projectsImplement Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Software, with a specific focus on the Supply Chain streamLead and or participate in the requirement analysis workshopsUnderstand, communicate, interpret, and document business processes and requirementsCreate and develop design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentationWork with the technical team to design, test, and implement customisations and conduct prototype testing with the clientProvide end-user training and end-user support throughout the implementationProvide customers with information regarding upgradesPerform upgrade consulting services in accordance with upgrade principles and approved methodologiesDevelop and continually refine Microsoft implementation standards, tools and documentsInterface with Account manager to ensure customer documentation is correct and up to dateMaintain product knowledge on upcoming product releasesInvestigate and make recommendations on appropriate new technologies and products (including 3rd party products)Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Degree - preference will be given to Industrial Engineering or BCOM in Supply Chain5 years' Consulting Experience and 3 years' Microsoft D365 Product ExperienceMust have participated in at least 3 go-live data conversions, and/or upgrades, and/or full cycle implementationsExperience within a Consulting Service environmentPassionate and ambitious to deliver on the company's strategic planPossess business consulting, project definition and planning skillsProfessional and ethicalThe ability to work under pressure as part of a highly motivated teamContract Details:
